  In January 2014, I had a new patio sliding door fitted very poorly, with some 8 to 12 gap remaining around the periphery, which I had to fill in afterwards. During the violent storm of 14-2-2014, I thought the whole thing was going to blow in! They also fitted a new bathroom window, minus a trickle vent, and two years on the handle does not turn or lock. They never bothered to return to fit the trickle vent despite repeated phone calls. Last, but not least, they replaced a consensated window pane in our kitchen, of which the beading has popped out in numerous places, and looks a complete and utter mess.
  I would not recommend this cowboy company, unless you fancy forking out an arm and a leg for utter shoddy workmanship, followed by a lack of communication. Very very poor indeed.
